The PDC cutting tip merges the extreme hardness and abrasion resistance of synthetic diamond with the impact toughness of tungsten carbide—delivering reliable cutting efficiency across various formations. The pick body is reinforced with tungsten carbide overlay, while plasma cladding and tungsten carbide gauge protection shield both the holder and the surrounding components from excessive wear and tip undermining.
